The hotel is conveniently located right off the 95, close to many attractions in Delaware. The room had a handicap shower which was a plus, but the lack of additional drains was a drawback. The service, despite some issues with management, was excellent and very friendly. The dining options were good, but security and noise control could be improved.

The hotel was a great find for me, offering clean and sanitary rooms in a quiet environment. However, there were some management issues impacting the overall experience.

My stay at the hotel was a mix of highs and lows. The rooms were perfect - spacious and beautifully decorated, with extraordinarily comfortable beds. However, there was an issue with a sewage smell in the initial room assigned to me, but the staff promptly arranged for me to switch rooms. The service was a bit of a letdown due to an attempted early entry into my room and a reluctance to provide extra items. Nonetheless, the Front Desk Manager, Tasha Drummond, was incredibly personable and accommodating. The location was convenient, being near everything but still remaining quiet. On the downside, the hotel seemed taken over by noisy kids during my stay. The dining experience was pretty good, with attentive staff, although there seemed to be some mechanical noise issues. Overall, the facilities were lovely, especially the exercise facility and the scrumptious breakfast.
